The M2 is one of the most acclaimed M autos from BMW, to the extent that some even thought of it as the real successor to the luxurious E90 M3. At the 2018 Beijing Engine Show, BMW boosted the standard M2 by putting an S55 motor from the F380 M3 and F82 M4, considering it an M2 rivalry. We felt it was clearly M2, it certainly was not. Before the LA Engine Show, BMW Service Centre made us wonder what they are saying to the M2 CS. The M2 CS uses the equivalent S55 3.0-liter inline-six motor from the M4 CS, with more force.
